As much as we anticipated the release of Blueprint3 and expected it to be out by now (hint to Hov!), Jay-Z's latest album in the Blueprint trilogy is still in the works. Jay recently admitted in an interview that because he doesn't have the tight schedules and deadlines imposed by a label, he is taking his time releasing this project. In layman's terms, it's fallen by the waste side thanks to the other shit he got going on .
